Set up in March and have had the most spectacular Spring Watch in our own home!
From creating the nest to Fledging the whole experience has been fabulous.
A very successful 9 out of 11 baby Blue tits survived and we are now enjoying
watching the little ones grow into adults.
Simple to set up worth every penny and if help is need one call to Natures Camera's
is all it takes, their customer service is second to none.
Can't wait for next Spring.

This is a beautifully made high quality bird box. It was delivered almost immediately by courier. Stupidly we didn't think that it was working because all we could see was a sign saying Nature Cameras on the screen. An email obtained a reponse the next day to say that it was a label on the bottom of the box showing that the system was working. A pen stuck through the hole confirmed that all was well. I cannot praise this firm enough for service and the quality of the product.

The chair itself waa of good quality and easily enough assembled. Instructions incredibly brief and some fittings did not line up. Would purchase another to match, delivery acceptable.

This product is awful it took 4 hours to put together (its never taken me that long to put anything together before). The instructions for putting the desk together consisted of a single sheet of paper with poor drawings and no written instructions. The individual pieces were not labelled so it was very difficult to work out which column piece went where, this took about an hour and the way we worked it out was by working out which holes went where. Once put together the desk draw is ill fitting and the holes for the runner on the extension for the keyboard do not line up. 100% disappointed by this desk and would not recommend it to anyone!!!

IT SPENT THE FIRST 3 DAYS IN THE SPARE ROOM, (COVER OFF & WASHED) ON IT'S SIDE (MORE AIR FLOW), ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS OPEN AT ANY AVAILABLE CHANCE TO REDUCE THE FUMES, COULDN'T WAIT ANY LONGER, WANTED A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP! - FIRST FEW NIGHTS FOUND IT DIFFICULT TO BE COMFORTABLE AS MATTRESS VERY FIRM IN COMPARISON WITH ONE REMOVED. I was just looking for an interim mattress for a spare bed. Would probably have bought Ikea but this was cheaper and a lot less hassle (sorry Ikea, really love your products but you need to get your Internet business sorted out as well as Amazon's). The squashy memory foam takes a bit of getting used to but, cutting to the chase, it's now being used all the time and it's a nice combination of ache-soothing soft top on a back supporting firm base. Only complaint is that old sheets tend to tear when you put a knee or elbow down hard on memory foam but that's not the fault of this product.

P.S. As of the end of 2011, it is still going strong and is my preferred mattress, even over a pure latex. Finally got the kids into separate singles and *I* get it any time I want, hooray!

I only ordered my memory foam mattress on Monday (22nd Feb 2010) and received it on Thursday, I think that's pretty fast and recall it taking like a 5 day week for Argos to deliver my last double mattress from my order being placed to the delivery date.
I was surprised at how small the packet was for the mattress (it was as tall as a standard double mattress is wide and about two foot thick when rolled up and vacuum sealed), the pillows came in two separate packets in.

All items were well packaged, the pillows were individually packaged had clear plastic on them and were each in a separate plastic city link envelope.
The mattress came in about 3 layers of clear plastic and was solidly sealed for cleanliness.

I'm not the strongest person, can lift about 25 to 30kg and had no problems getting my mattress from my hall up about 20 steps to my room.

There is something that I haven't seen people state about these Hypnia mattresses, but mine did have quite a strong industrial smell about it, which was very evident when I began to cut through the cover plastic.
There was quite a loud noise of air rushing in to the packing when I cut it open.
With the smell, well my room (which is fairly small to be fair) still has a bit of that smell left in the air, I did sit the mattress on one side once it was out of the clear plastic with windows open for a couple of hours, sprayed some air freshener in the room a few times, left the door shut (so I didn't stink my house out with the smell, seriously it was quite bad for a while after opening it), put a fan on high, the worst of the smell is gone now (Saturday 27th Feb 2010), just a little bit is left, but I can deal with that coz this mattress has given me the best night sleep I've had a long time, maybe even ever, though I am coming from sleeping on a very basic sprung mattress with only a quilt or two put on top.

The pillows do have a little of the smell about them, but I just did what I did with the mattress and aired them out in my room, they aren't too bad now.

It's an unusual experience the first time you lay on one of these memory foam mattresses, unlike the sprung ones I've had before your weighty parts (main body, upper chest and head) just sink into the top layer of memory foam, my legs and arms kinda lay above the mattress and this seems to put everything in a good alignment, makes your spine straight which feels good to me, mine seems to have corrected a bit of a funny feeling I was starting to get in my back with my older, inferior sprung mattress and that's only after lying on it for a few days.
The mattress and pillows are very firm, in the future I may buy a memory foam topper from Hypnia, I think 2 inches of extra memory foam would feel even more comfortable, but for £132.99 I think this is a great mattress, can't imagine any quilt topped sprung mattress being able to compete with the comfort this one gives me, as I said the pillow are also very firm, I use them with some thin standard soft hollow fiber filled pillows and they feel very nice to lie on.

Overall these are all great products IMO, very comfy, maybe a little firmer than I would have liked but I think the chance I took on buying them without viewing and lying on them in a shop has payed off, especially since my back feels much better than it did 3 days ago, very good value.
If you wanna try a memory foam mattress and pillows these are great products to give a go.

BTW if anyone is reading this and has some concerns about ordering a mattress over the internet have a look at the Hypnia website, they even say memory foam is not for everyone, plus with anything you buy on the internet you can return it and get a refund within 7 days of receiving the item if you're not satisfied.
So you can try it out and change your mind if you're not happy.
